LCD Audio System/Navigation

Just bought a semi-new E89/sD3.0i, it comes with everything factory installed, no other upgrades to it. I've seen the sD3.5i's with the LCD audio/nav/bluetooth system that comes up from that center storage area on the dashboard.. Is there anyway I could install something similar to that onto the car now or is it not available aftermarket?
