Our family drinks organic, but I drink whatever smells less weird. 2% milk are usually my prefence, but since they buy full nutrient organic milk (horizon?), I just drink that. No more than 500ml/day (~1/2 qt).

I forgot to comment, but it makes me smile when you post "hamburger unit" or "hotdog unit."

1/2 gallon (1.89L) is printed on all our cartons of whole milk. In that light, 1l per day isn't excessive. A good bowl of cereal gets u about 1/2L, no?

We are usually outside. The pups have strict guidelines on how far they can go and where to meet, and usually they are too busy running about to care if I read something. It's not like bimmerpost takes that much concentration, with our witty conversations being this demanding.
