Creak!

Hi All, recently picked up a demo Sdrive35i. Only issue is as the roof is closing there's a loud creak like a badly oiled door just before the boot (trunk) closes. Anyone have this issue or know how to resolve.

Apply lubricant to the seals...that's what others have posted regarding this in
the past.

go to the dealer and tell about "ghost house" noises.....
they have to solve the problem in 30 minutes(if they apply lubricants in every place).
