How does convenient-loading work?

I have comfort access but can't find any mention on convenient-loading in the manual.

When the top is down and I access the boot/ trunk I can't seem to lift the roof up to get stuff under it. Am I missing something?

Thanks

Have a PDF copy of Qwner's Manual and "Convenient Loading" is discussed on page 30. Looks a bit tricky, must briefly touch the luggage compartment open button, then within one second press again until top stops in an intermediate position.

Barrowjon is right. You need to press the bottom button on your remote twice - like a 'double click' on a mouse to get it to work. You hold the button down on the second press to complete the process.

Compared to the other comfort access functions it seems very unresponsive on the remote. You also have the danger of setting off the alarm! (holding down that button on a single press for a few seconds).

Oddly you don't seem to be able to do the same action to reverse the process. You either lower or raise the roof the rest of the way using one of the other 2 buttons as normal operation.

It ain't great to be honest, but works eventually

Great, thanks. Not sure how much roof downtime I will be having until next year now!

Hand your bags to the wife and say "take care of these". Doesn't get more convenient than that...
