Cobb install - stuck roof : coincidence

Hi guys,
This is really odd and I hope just a bizarre coincidence. Thought I would check with the community.

I just installed Cobb V3 for first time in 2011 35i. The top was down. Install went flawlessly as described. Lots of noises from various systems being activated and such.

Started engine and attempted to raise roof. The roof got stuck midway. Attempted to lower. It eventually stopped with rear deck raised about 4" above fully retracted.

Checked battery V, on level ground, all ok. Uninstall Cobb, still stuck.
It's at the dealer under warranty.

QUESTION: does this scenario ring a bell with anyone?

Its probably coincidence. A few e89's are now showing roof issues with failed ram/sensors. I hope its an easy fix for you.
