Maybe I should be more subtle than upfront lol. It's not in my nature though.... I've straight up told her she's gotten fat and I don't like it. Told her that I need her to start getting back into better shape, and get back to a size 0, or at least a solid 2. My personality doesn't play around the bush… I say it straight to her face lol.
I wasn't so blunt the first 2 years. after that i started being brutally honest.

I started a competition for us… whoever loses the most weight (% wise) by V-Day gets treated to a Michelin 2 star restaurant by the other. It got her motivated a little but not enough…..
