My newly installed LED Angel Eyes

Well I'm glad to say I'm not disappointed with my new H8 LED. In fact I'm very happy with the new LEDs. These were installed about 2 hours ago

Pictures were taken with my 8MP camera phone.

They are not LUX. Here is the link. I just installed them last night, I have no idea what they look like in the day. I'll take pictures later today and upload.

im in the process of looking for a set aswell!

Installation is very easy and straightforward. If you look at the link I posted, you'll see that the two metals pieces on the headlight separate to form a Y shape. Those two metal pieces are spring loaded. In order to install them you need to squeeze them together so the shape goes from a Y to a l. The headlight will NOT install if you do not do this.

Another important point. I stole this from the LUX installation guide

Quote:
When inserting the H8, there are 3 tabs that need to line up. The 3 tabs form an upside down shape of a “T”. It is helpful to use a marker and put a line or arrow on the base of the unit to figure out which direction is top. This will save you time in installing the unit.
- You can also guide the new H8 in by looking at it from the outside as shown. Notice how the tabs have rotated into their locked position.
Basically take note of how the stock bulb is removed and lined up. Then do the exact same only backwards when installing the new bulb.

I have these too and they are good. Sometimes they flicker for a sec or two when you start the car but other than that theyre great.

Were you ever able to take any pictures in the daytime. From our experience those style LED's are almost invisible in the daytime because they are so dim.

I sold my LUX to a guy with a 1M. Got tired of having to re-tighten them in place. They don't seem to fit right. I put my stock ones back on until something better comes out.

Its the easiest thing you could possibly change.

1.Pop hood.
2.Twist off caps on top of headlight
3.Change bulbs
4.Put caps back on.
5.Close hood.
