Glacier Silver (2014) color on Red?

What do you guys think of this color combo?
It's a new for 2014 color, and the BMW configurator doesn't show very good pictures of the car.

Are there any actual pictures of one in existence?

I believe the new F30 3er comes in that color combo, so you can use that to check out the colors in person.

I wouldn't get that for my own vehicles due to personal preference but I think that white and silver are the best exterior colors to go with a red interior

If it works for this Z8, it'll work for you. I would kill for this car. Also beware, the red they offer in the Z4 is not true red, it's a coral red which is rather orangy in my opinion and I don't care for it.

If you're a fan of motorsport in general or are familiar with the history of motorsport, it may interest you to learn that white/silver over something in the reddish brown family (there were many variations based on constructor & leather choice) are the traditional colors of German racing cars. By nation, it breaks down like this (exterior):

Germany: White (later Silver)
Italy: Red
Britain: Green
France: Blue

Added much later
USA: Blue w/ White Stripes
Japan: White w/ Red (sun or stripes)

FWIW

Silver with red looks hot. What is also good is Space Grey + red and Alpine White + red.

Here you go..2014 35i in glacier silver. I think it looks pretty good- not my fav-but a nice alternative to mineral grey.

I'd be tempted, if it were my choice, to put a black top on it just to stand out a little more from the people who are opting to get silver.
Coral red interior is an outstanding choice.
Go for it.
