HELP with headlights!

so i just bought some red halo bulbs for my z and i have no idea how to install them... they didnt come with instructions and i just want to put them in already. is it something someone can help me with and i can do it myself or do i have to take it to a shop to get installed???

Easy. Twist off the cover from the light, turn the bulb towards the center of the car and pull out. Unplug the factory angel eye bulb and plug yours in. Insert back into the light housing and twist back towards the outside of the car. Tada! But red????

You are providing every CHP and Sheriff's Deputy an excuse to stop you for a fix-it ticket. No red to the front in CA, ever. Good luck.

You're right. I got pulled over for blue angel eyes

Nevertheless I've enjoyed it for 5 month until Police decided to get me.

Hi everyone.
does simply changing the bulb to a white bulb give me white angel eyes or do i need to change the halo aswell?
or are these two different things altogether?

There is a separate bulb that powers the halo's, H8 type (at least in europe, not sure if its the same type name in the US) easily accessed and changed from the top of the lamp cluster, takes less than a minute to do.
