Black with Walnut

It's come round to that time when i'm looking to change into another Zed and was thinking of going for black with walnut colour combo!!
Has anyone got this combo that can show me pics and if if looks good in the flesh or one of those colours that is a bit risky (the walnut, not the black)!!??

I love the Havana but I dont want to live with the beige seats, although they look fab on that colour!

Red, not a fan unless it's a Ferrari.

Blue, is really hard to keep clean.

Silver, too close to my space grey.

White, looks great on the Zed in LA - not in rainy UK!!

Yellow, don't get me started on this one!!!!

I think that's a great color combo. The walnut is a very rich looking color. Black paint is tough to maintain though.

Hey Lux Good, I'm happy that you finally grew to like the Walnut leather. (didn't you once have reservations?)

It's a fantastic "classic sports car" look and compliments either Black or Space Grey perfectly.

I seem to remember that someone once posted pictures of their Black/Walnut Combo but I couldn't find them on the "Official Color Thread."

Good luck... but I don't think you can go wrong pairing Walnut with Black, SG, or even Melbourne Red (even though it's not a Ferrari)

Yes you're right, I think I said it looks like 'dog poo' LOL!!
Would like to see combo pics and the walnut in the flesh, I do like it but I still think it would be even nicer a little bit darker.
Yours does look great with the space grey, and i've loved mine but want a change in the next one.

Blue, is really hard to keep clean.
If you think Blue is hard to keep clean, don't even think about black. My Z is blue and my 335i is black. Black is by far, harder to keep clean.

pretty sure this is DSB (not black) with walnut, but you can see it with a dark exterior

DSB w/ walnut interior > black w/ walnut interior.

Plus yeah, DSB is easier to keep clean than black. I also have a black Z4 and it gets so dirty that if I could wash it every other day, I would. But then theres the swirl marks, oh for the love of god the swirl marks!!!

My Z4 is Deep Sea Blue
My EX35 is Black

The blue Z4 does not show anywhere near the dust or tiny imperfections on the car that the black EX35 shows.

Of all the Z4 colors, black is in a category all by itself as the most difficult to keep looking clean.

I have the Merino brown leather on the saphire black, that looks awesome aswell. Worth looking at! Only downside is that indeed, the black shows all the dust... however, when clean it looks absolutely amazing!

Black is not a color it's a hobby! I have pretty much resigned to ever driving in a clean car around these rainy parts. It's utterly pointless to try and keep it clean. This is my first black car and I had no idea what I was in for.

My last car (1 series M sport) was black and I said never again!! My heart says silver with black interior, but too safe!! Picked up the new brochure today and Mineral white has caught my eye, but want to see it in the flesh. Decisions decisions!!

Nothing is harder than black. DSB isn't easy but I'll never own a black car again.

If you want easy, how about one of the silvers with black seats? Walnut would work with Titanium, but I think black would look better.

I had a Space Grey / red e89 dealer demo for a day. Good color combo, but the red seats are not for everyone.

I think with brighter colors, especially silver, gray and white, it's easier to see the beautiful lines on the Z4.
