This may seem like a silly question... but did you try calling the UK Customer Service Number?

From the BMW UK Website...

"Alternatively, if you wish to talk to our Customer Service Department please contact us on: 0870 5050 160. Lines are open 9.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday. Calls may be recorded for training purposes."

They may be able to help... often, the BMW NA Customer Service Folks had more up-to-date info that the website.

I think it would be better if you could not track your car at all - then it would just show up, almost as if unexpected.

There's nothing like getting a live person on the other end of the phone.
The CS folks I talked to at BMW NA couldn't have been nicer.

Great News: Dealer has just advised that our Z4 delivery date is approx 21 July. Only 6 weeks & 5 days to go. We've been counting down since March!

Hoooo Haaaa! Saw our new Z4 in the workshop during PD on Friday - it's so beautiful, even with all the stickers, etc!

The plan is I take delivery late on 21 July as promised, but leave the car at the dealership for the accessories to be fitted; we pick it up on 24 July; we actually have already booked lunch on that day to celebrate my wife's birthday - couldn't have worked out better.

Our 35i has arrived at last and it is absolutely fantastic. I really love this car.

I've made a couple of small mods already since getting it home only a week ago - fitted black kidney grilles, black tinted side-indicators, and black-edged acrylic number plate covers, which are all designed to go with the black tinted windows and enhance the de-badged look. One or two more mods still to do, and then I post some hi-quality photos.
