In the U.S.? Because they would never sell enough to make it worthwhile to produce them. People buy crossovers / SUVs here.

who doesn't want a 335 e91 m sport touring? Wish I could find one in the us for sale. But I think the ///m touring would be a blast to drive

I have no interest in one and I suspect neither do most people.

I drive a coupe and see no need for a wagon for myself. My wife drives an SUV in part because she likes the visibility a higher seating position in an SUV provides. She hates the look of wagons and I don't care for them either. They have no appeal to us and offer no utility we don't already have covered with the coupe and SUV.

I expect most of the U.S. public prefers SUVs for the same reasons as my wife and still others prefer a minivan for utility / people moving. There are some wagon fans out there but they are few and far between and served by the offerings out there. Performance wagon fans are even fewer. Caddy made the CTS-V wagon for a while but couldn't move enough to make it viable so it's gone now.

If you really want a performance wagon check Volvo for a Polestar. MB used to make an E63 wagon but not sure if it is still around or not.

There isn't enough demand in the States but in Europe where there is demand you can get them. Lots of 335i wagons running around and you can also buy an estate version of the M5:

F11 M5 doesn't exist, E61 M5 does though.

MB still makes one but it's $$$$$$$. Best bet will be the S5 sport back (if you classify that as a wagon). The new V90 is nice too but rather large. Allroad in 2017 got some nice upgrades. That's about it in the U.S. I'd personally stay away from the Volvos that haven't gotten a Chinese financed makeover yet (i.e. Polestar). I just bought dad a wagon and went 328 Dinan Stage 1. The 2016 Allroad wasn't cutting it for him.
