strengths and weaknesses of the E89 (SDRIVE 23i)

Those who have an E89 'would be interesting to go commenting virtues, which are many and certainly the drawbacks or shortcomings of the model. See if you agree.

In my case, as the suspension would hit a little hard (I have the M) 'for what the car is doing crunches on floor roof pretty bad.
I would also like it to be more cheerful low turns, but when a machine is high potential, it must be said.

For everything else, virtues blade tip, finish, line, delicacy of handling, stability, power at high speeds and moderate drinking for what it is.

Good bits, gorgeous design, stunning interior, the sound of a 6 cylinder engine, amazing roof design, and how it still gets people admiring...

Bad bits....yes a bit crashy over certain surfaces, some of the alloys are not up to speed and the bonnet (hood in the US) is more prone to stone chips than any other car I've owned

I'd agree with you guys but would add the following positive and negative comments...

Positive: Very good leg space and overall interior (I'm 6ft1 and don't have any probs to report), the trunk space is VERY generous considering it is a roadster, very reliable overall, a treat to drive as an everyday car

Negative: Small rotors and pads for a roadster (would have expected drilled rotors and possibly brembos or bmw performance), halos could have been leds not yellowish, better exhaust tip finish (possibly chrome), better bmw aftermarket selection of forged wheels and performance products.
