That being said, Not a bad way to access an underground storage garage. Excavate the entire sub level and store cars, bikes, etc down there and just exit through the single garage to the street. Reduce your unslightly garage facia and still keep lots of cars and goodies in the garage... (except the boat or trailer...) I wonder about drainage though...
