How to remove this parts?

Hi,

Anyone know how I can remove these parts? Do I need to remove the bumper?

I want to paint them black because I don't like the silver

Thanks

I only want to remove part 5 from the picture above.

Can I just pull it out?

When you try to remove something and put it back.
You will end up wit some extra parts left behind, don't know where they came from??
