Does the z4 inner light bulb ever turns ON?

Hi All,

I notice that even when I turn on the high beam, on the the outside light bulb brightens up, but the inner light bulb from of if the right or left side never comes up. Is the inner lights supposed to be decor only?

There's no bulb inside the inner angel eye ring.

so I guess the other inner lights are decor lol

The high beam is activated by adjusting the cutoff shroud inside the outer rings. More info here:
