Upgrading turbos on the Z4

Hi,
Im thinking of upgrading my turbos by increasing the size of the turbine and compressor wheel. Has anyone had this modification done on their Z4. What could be the problems?
The 135 and the 335 community have recommended that I go with RB Turbo since they have experience in doing this modification and the other BMW's havnt had any issues.
To compliment the turbos I will be getting a stett intercooler and downpipes and hoping my car will pull 500hp.
Also can anybody recommend a tune. A few people have recommended JB4 any pros and cons?

What are you doing for fueling?

I believe once I get the turbos modified and I good tune I should be reaching 460hp add a meth kit. It should get very close to 500hp. A few modified 135's are reaching this power with the same set up. But I havnt seen this done on a Z4 yet.
Unfortunately in Australia we dont get the luxury of fuel options like in Europe and America our standard octane is 91 and 98. Or by fueling do you mean the fuel delivery to the car?

Fuel delivery. Won't the new turbos require more fuel than the stock system can handle?

The fueling is efficient for upgraded turbo's for max 19-20psi. Over that and exceeding the 500hp barrier, a second fuel pump with its own management system will be required, but no one in the N54 tuning scene has figure it out yet (Vishnu Tuning say they are working on a solution).
Since there is no reputable option, are you going the custom downpipe route?

I always like to consider the Whp on pump. But then again the numbers vary and depend on Higher Octane fuel (race gas), Meth and/or Nitrus etc.

I agree, but when your discussing 500 hp, and 460 hp and such is that bhp or whp?

Always whp (Dynojet numbers with an STD correction factor preferably).

A few people have dont this type of upgrade on the 135's. Got an article here

http://www.bmwblog.com/2010/04/29/50...-the-bmw-135i/

But I havnt seen anyone do this on the z4. In regards the fuel delivery, the people that have done this mod havnt had any issues with the fuel delivery as far as I know

The turbo upgrade gives 60hp but also downpipes intercooler other hardware is needed to pull 500hp. I currently have 400hp hopefully after these extra mods it will get close to 500 hp. If it fails can always add a meth kit

What transmission do you have?

Exactly...Don't think I would justify $3000 for ~40 hp at the wheel.....Meth kit does same performance way cheaper in my opinion.
