Sorry if this is old news, but came across some updated Technical Service Bulletins which were added on July 14, 2010 re: Fuel Pump & Tire Pressure Warning Systems, for MY2010

i wish i could read what those tsbs actually mean. i looked back at 2009 and it claims there was a 2009 electrical system recall (not tsb) on 2009 z4's, had not heard about that (i have a 2010).

This TSBs indicates it's for MY 2009 and 2010
In some cases when there is a diagnosed problem with fuel system, tank and fuel level sensors, past practice was to order and replace the entire tank assembly. This TSB is saying that you don't have to replace the entire assembly but only the affected sensor. .
