Haven't seen FOB, and probably won't because I'm just not into sitcoms. But I'm hoping it does well and that it boosts Randall Park's career. He did a great job in The Interview. Not an easy task with what he was given.

There is something about Constance Wu that attracts me. I mean it's not like she is a bombshell, but there is something about her looks that makes me wanna bite her. Could be the face and the accent. Is that bad?

Ugh I hate the accent. But nah, I get it. She's really pretty. If the show doesn't get cancelled right away, I'm sure you'll be seeing her in a Maxim type magazine spread or something. I doubt she'll wanna be known for playing an older woman.

I thought she was in her 40s too as some Asian women look/try to look really young for their age.

So I actually caught about 5 minutes of this show. The kid was trying to get a porn to show some other kids, which was apparently his pull to get them to come and hang out. Was kinda not bad, didn't hate it. Didn't really buy the other kids actually thinking a corny, totally g rated workplace sexual harassment video was the good stuff though.

So basically to sum up, 5 minutes worth of seeing this show and I can surmise that the writing is likely a main weak point in the show. Funny thing is I read an article about this show (with cast comments), and they all think the writing is a strong point. Urrrr

^ perhaps they need the writers from Modern Family. That show is absolutely brilliant.

Well, the cast is saying positive stuff because they have to! Wait until the show is cancelled and their true feelings will come out.

Has anyone watched Sullivan and son? The korean mom is pretty spot on with how she acts. Dan lauria is great. I haven't seen a bad episode yet.

Hmm never watched it but I just looked it up on YouTube. Yeah, she's a bit better. That's more of what I imagined for the FOB mom character.
