18" 2012 BMW F10 Double Y Spoke wheels

I am so pissed I just cosmetically mushed via a pot hole the Lips on 2 of my 293 wheels.
I was given a cost of repair of $250 to $300 to fix them.

I found These wheels are on ebay.
18" F10 M5 STYLE WHEELS FITS BMW E85 E89 Z4 M sDrive30i sDrive35i ROADSTER RIMS

Wheel experts -any thought on these replicate for quality?
Any figment issues with mounting my existing OEM RFT's?
General feedback welcome good and bad.

I would love real 313's and / or 326 wheels but the real thing from BMW are well out of budget at $2800 plus.

These are from a Brooklyn NY supplier and are 313/326 replicates.
Set of 4 are listed with shipping at $550.
I am staying with my stock 18 inch size for comfort and cost reasons vs moving up to 19".
I am going to remount my RFT and run me until there gone as they have less that 3000 miles.

Hey OP, sorry about your wheels.

I haven't tried this but check out this wheel repair DIY

http://tsx.acurazine.com/forums/showthread.php?t=731189

Personally, I would try to find the manufacturer of the replica wheels before buying (i.e. do they manufacturer for OEMs or well known aftermarket wheel companies).

Anecdotal.. I've seen more threads of cracked replica wheels than OEM wheels but that could be because people tend to upsize to larger wheels when getting replicas, not because the manufacturing quality is lower for the replicas

Lastly, you can probably find a set of used E89 wheels for a low cost

If they're that cheap, I'd be worried about quality. If yours are just cosmetic damage, then fix them for $300. You're ahead on cost and retain quality wheels.
Now, did you drive aggressively because you were made about your mirror caps?

my VMRs are bent at the lip too. so frustrated. 3 rims bent due to Toronto Potholes! I'm deciding whether to straighten them for 300 or buy new set. same shoes as you OP.

Replicas should be ok for 18inch, they are generally a bit heavy. I would personally never get 19inch replicas unless I trust the manufacturer. low profile tires put a lot of stress on 19inch rims, they will bend and crack before any OEM rims.

All who replied are right on the money.

I never saw the pot hole coming while negotiation a 45 degree turn at about 60mph, immediately after taking the photos of my deteriorating CF caps while opening the bills for 2 colleges for 2 kids for 2nd semester.

Not a good day.

However I was driving the Z at 36 degrees and loving it UNTIL THAT ##$$$$&&&& pot hole jumped out in front of me and hit my wheels.

Never open tuition bills while driving. I think there's a law against that.
