New Sales Brochure

Visited the BMW dealer this weekend. Picked up a current sales brochure on the Z4 dated 2013. Couple of observations:
1) All photos show the 2014 LCI as evidenced by the front wheel well chrome turn signal indicator. However, there is no reference in the entire brochure noting the model year as 2014. All prior Z4 brochures referenced the model year. Wonder if their leaving this open ended to cover 2015+??
2) Under the safety feature section a reference is made to "Impact-absorbing bumpers with crush tubes front and rear and a "Cornering Brake Control" (CBC) System. I have a 2011 and I've never seen a reference to either of these. Are these protective systems new to the 2014?

That sounds like they're just adding things in as the bumpers/crash tubes have always been there and the cornering braking control has also always been there, its used to simulate (badly) an LSD. Personally I find it way too slow to react and I get wheel spin very easily where a proper LSD would sort it out. Its one of the reasons the rear pads wear faster than the fronts.
