Post The BMW Z4 in Pure Fusion Design

The BMW Z4 in Pure Fusion Design

Munich. Classic roadster proportions, superior engine and drivetrain technology plus innovative equipment features highlight the individual character of the BMW Z4. The two-seater features an electric retractable hardtop that can be raised or lowered when the vehicle is in motion, a feature that makes driving a joy under sunny skies or any kind of weather conditions all year long. The equipment package known as Pure Fusion Design adds an exclusive aesthetic appeal to the sporty open-air experience.

Pure Fusion Design refines the interior of the BMW Z4 to intensify the premium character of the car even more. The various exclusive colors and materials available are expressions of sporty luxury. These are embellished with precision seams, surfaces and exclusive stitching that bring harmony to the orchestration of the interior. The package includes extended premium Nappa leather trim, specially designed sport seats in Ivory White with contrasting brown stitching that highlights the perforated surface of the contoured side supports in the seat backs. The armrests, door panels and the passenger pull handle are also enhanced by the exclusive leather and contrast stitching. The lower portion of the dashboard also presents itself in Ivory White and adds to the harmony of the interior color tones. The same effect is achieved with the black leather contrasted with brown lapfolded seams that cover the window sills, the top of the dashboard and the instrument cluster scoop.

Another bold and stylish accent of note is the horizontal trim line made of Saddle Brown Nappa leather with bright contrast stitching that stretches from the passenger side into the driver’s cockpit. The trim on the center console and near the five round controls just below the central air vent in the dash are finished in Fineline wood, a new addition to the interior accents now available. The look and feel of Pure Fusion Design is rounded off by sun visors covered with black Nappa leather.

As an exclusive touch and only in combination with the Pure Fusion Design package, the BMW Z4 can now, for the first time, be ordered with the Sparkling Brown metallic paint finish. A rich choice of other colors is also available. Pure Fusion Design can also be combined with the M Sport package.

Because we all know that the main problem with the Z4 is that it isn't soft and luxurious enough...

Introducing the underly redesigned but still slightly more boring Z4.

Love it looks stunning and comfy. Yes I know BMW needs to address the lack of any Porsche competitor, but that Z4 looks more like a Jaguar level of comfort

Well, it would be okay with some color other than that saddle tan leather on the dash. Several better designs come to mind:
- Merely extend the wood so it covers the whole dashboard
- Black leather
The brown over white is quite handsome until one looks at that silly swatch of left over tan leather they had to use somehow. And that's just what it looks like too: they had it and just didn't want to throw it away.

All the best.

Thank you BMW for bringing back the Pure White design with brown exterior color. I hope this will have a positive impact of the pre-owned value of my 2011 mojave brown Z4 with the pure white package.

looks like a terrible version of the 2011 pure white design that Malibuz4 mentioned.

The pure white design also came with the napa ivory leather, except instead of the perforated leather around the seatback/headrest, it was a ivory suede. Same ivory suede used on the door panels (pictures for the new design appear to use smooth leather). I wonder if it's because the suede doesn't wear as well.

They do have contrast stitching on the leather pieces which is a nice touch the pure white design didn't have, but the brown leather dash looks terrible and same goes for the brown wood. The pure white design came with a white leather dash and the anthracite wood trim.

Assuming the napa leather quality is the same as the pure white design, this upgrade is a must have imo because the interior quality really is taken to the next level with this package. The napa leather and leather wrapped bits really makes the car seem like a $50k car.

This interior looks much sportier than the 3s im used to. Just replace wood with carbon fiber or piano black.

Poor Z4! Even others on this forum should be the ones designing LCI. There's a Z4 on here that's M car material.

Friend, I totally agree with you.
Sparkling Brown will do a good job on the Z4 is for individualists, is exquisite, exclusivity of knowing you have something special, unique.
Congratulations for having a Z4 in Havanna is amazing and unique.
I am a fan of brown cars.
Also be influencing my German relationship on the brown taste?
I believe in Germany have sold more cars browns elsewhere in the world according to the transit agency KBA.
Greetings to the wonderful and lovely forever Germany.!

obviously most people responding never owned the Z4, this combo is not very attractive but the car itself is amazing

meh... I don't like it. As a current E89 Z4 owner I would have preferred it if they spent their time developing some ///M Performance components rather than an interior upgrade.
