Advice on E89

I am looking at acquiring a 2008 or 2009 Z4.

I would appreciate your assistance with any significant issues to look for with:
1) Engine
2) Automatic Trans
b) Manual Trans - I am really looking for a manual
3) Top operation
4) Suspension
5) Miscellaneous

Any mileage-related PM to make sure has been performed, etc...

Anything to steer clear of?
