How do u install LEDs in the side panel/speaker grill behind the seats?

Completed the LED install on map, puddle, footwell and trunk lights, but now need info on how to replace the bulbs in the speaker grill behind each seat.

Looks like they are led. I just checked the BMW parts catalog and it lists an LED module for the speaker grills

They're part of the ambient lighting pack and they're all led. (Door handles, lower door storage, rear shelf etc)

All LED (as already as posted.)

Mine are an orange color which I suspect are support to be red and are a very, very low light output however.

I would love to change mine out to a higher light output.

If anyone figures out how to change them WITHOUT ripping the car part let me know.
