M3 Brakes on a Z4?

Anyone tried retro-fitting M3 brakes (calipers and rotors) to a Z4? I have a spare full M3 brake setup in my garage from my M3. I'll take a shot at it if no one else has already tried it.

Did you ever try this? I know you don't have the car, but I was curious if you tried this or not?

I recently purchased a set of M3 brakes. Can only fit the front though. Will update once it's done

Totally forgot to update this page!

Anyway the rotors fit perfectly! Only problem is the caliper. It's slightly larger.. Only way to fit it in is to fabricate new brackets. IMHO, kinda unsafe..

Aborted the mission

Doesn't the M3 come with single piston calipers while our Z's get four and six pots, I get the large single piston argument but more the pistons, better the heat, pressure distribution, less brake fade(?)

A simpler way to improve braking would be better tires & pads
