FRM3 Max Brose FootWell Module maybe defective!

Hi there!
I purchase FRM3 Max Brose module (most recent revision: 6135 9383050 01, SW: 180002/ HW: 13) in June (due to LCI AHL retrofit). It was working fine no issue until now..

This week: I have retrofit High Beam Assistant (FLA) which requires a reset of few ECUs. First, everything was looking fine.. I started the car and went for a short ride.. after 10 minutes of riding.. all blinkers started to flash.. the same like when you turn emergency flasher on. Unfortunately, it was not possible to switch it off. Interesting part was that everything else was working.

So, I had to buy a brand new FRM module in BMW dealer (370 eur). Ones I replaced the modules the issue got fixed.

DOES ANYBODY KNOWS WHETHER THE FOOTWELL MODULE IS DEFINITELY BROKEN? How to ensure?

Is there a way to repair it?

THANKS!

What could be the dimensions of the original ones? Are you not able to find aftermarket wheel that has the same dimensions?
