Help - what is this part and where can I find a replacement?

I have a 2012 z4. I was driving today when, all of a sudden, a part goes flying at me. It was a piece of the body that is directly above the pass through. Whatever was holding it in has apparently broken off. Does anybody know a) what part this is and b) where I can find a replacement?

Thanks for any assistance.

Depending on what kind of stereo you have, it's either #4 or #5 in this schematic:

The same thing happened to me in my first E89. I was driving on the highway with the top down and then felt something hit my shoulder. I turned quickly and saw that pictured piece laying on the passenger seat. That piece (whatever it is called) is fastened to the body using a few tabs. In my case, one of the tabs gave out and it became loose. I later glued it back and it was as good as new. No need to purchase a new one if a simple glue is available.

These cars are kit cars, insofar as I'm concerned. Never owned a BMW so cheap. My favorite (not) thing now is how tab mounts are integrated into the pieces, as opposed to being separate. So when the get brittle and break, the whole piece is junk. I swear these cars are snap-together kits. A Backdraft Cobra might be better assembled.
