Jeep pushes poorly parked BMW into its rightful spot

honestly sometimes i just cant blame that bmw driver, these other jerks park next to you and they swing their door right into your car; I seen it happen way to many times...

Yet we on the other hand baby our cars wash em, wax em, put in tons of hours and then some jerk comes and just nicks/scratches ur car without even thinking twice. So yea its rough out here. I once had an old lady back in to me when i was sitting in my car and she parked up and even refused to even speak to me saying she didnt even come close to my car i just keyed her car afterwards pretty good and kept it moving had she said sorry i would have felt bad for the old lady and said ok and ate it up. so something like this would have ticked me off especially being an open parking lot.


Also of course the video is fake, he cant be that dumb to post such a video, and the passenger does a horrible job pretending he doesnt know what hes about to record poor voice acting. LOl

The BMW guy/gal didn't do anything wrong. The lot is completely empty. It's one thing if you're being a double parking douche when there's few spots available, but this was an entirely different case. Stuff like this reeks of jealousy.

This reminds me of how a few months ago I washed my E90 very nicely and parked it all alone at the end of a grocery store lot with no cars around. I parked properly too (within a single space ). 10 mins later I come out and see a big dirty Ford F250 parked right next to me. The guy clearly saw a clean BMW parked all on its own and wanted to f*ck with me.

I maintain that the biggest jerks on the road are pickup truck and Jeep Wrangler (4 door) guys.

I own a big ass wrangler and a BMW. Now I do admit owning a Wrangler is so much Different than the BMW. I don't give shit about dirt, rocks, wash, mud etc. however with my BMW I have already waxed it twice since Christmas. I have found that the nicest folks are wrangler folks And the assholes are the well to do BMW owners. I have both and I find myself adapting to the personality of each vehicle. I seem to have a shorter fuse in the BMW and hate slow drivers in the fast lane and since my SUV is fast i typically have a heavier right foot. On the jeep it's like i just got layed and life is great and there's no rush to anything. I feel less pressure and don't care if someone drives slow or is asshole driver. It won't hurt me. So there you go! My perspective since I own both.

This reminds me of a time when I was with a friend at an outdoor mall when an asshat decided to park like that BMW, i.e. angled across the parking stripe. Only problem was my friend's car was parked right next to it. We saw the guy go into the same place we ate at, so we go in and ask the guy nicely to move his car. He comes out to move the car but acts all pissy and whatnot so I ask him WTF is your problem? This pisses him off and he walks back in wihtout moving his car. So, now my friend has no choice but to try to maneuver out of the space that is 1/4 blocked by this guy's shitty parking.

Of course, my friend accidentally hits the car when he's angling back and forth carefully trying to back out. The dude comes out and we think he's going to raise some hell. Instead, he doesn't even realize we hit his car! He repositions his car, doesn't say one word to us, doesn't even look at us, and goes back in the restaurant without seeing the big ass dent my friend put into his passenger side quarter panel. We just drive away laughing our asses off.

It's a private lot, where's the law that says you have to park between the stripes? We don't know what car was parked there prior to him, maybe the truck was hogging spaces and this was the best he could do, given the space left?

so next time you park where somebody thinks you shouldn't, I guess they can key your car or just gently pass a rock through the windshield?

So it seems like we know it was staged now.

With that being said, seeing the video led me to wonder if the parking job of the BMW is more representative of the average person's inability to park correctly between brightly painted lines.

I took a look just walking out to my car to grab lunch, and at least 50% of the cars in my lot are crooked, not far enough into a spot, too far into a spot, way too close to one side, or has the steering wheel turned all the way in one direction. It's actually comical.

If you cannot direct your vehicle between two lines, what does that say about your general ability to direct your car whilst in traffic? Basically, the average drive sucks.
