which one would you rather get, brand new Z4 or 05-07 used 15 to 20k miles SL500?

Why? Last year for SL500 is 2006, which makes it 4 years older than 2010 Z4. That's the cost/maintenance perspective. SL's are for sugar daddies - are you one?

I've always thought an auto sports car was a bit of an oxymoron. They look good though and if all you want is top down cruising then that's great. The SL may even handle, particularly the AMG versions, but just doesn't do it for me.

May get an S-class one day though when handling isn't important, but for now I want something that is fun and involving to drive.
