2012 Lease rates
I found these lease rates today - 2012 rates are much higher. My 2011 lease rate would increase by $450 if I used the 2012 residual and money factor.
The 2011 Lease WAS a great deal. |

I would take off the "source" and "name" of who sent this to you. They can get in big trouble for this

at lease BMW doesn't have to worry about getting rid of 2012 cars now. glad to be able to order the last 2011 for the saving. would've been perfect if i could order the Mineral White instead of the Alpine White though.

Looks like both leasing and financing offers on 2011 are still good through Sept. 5 according to bmwusa.com (note: didn't compare leases to what was available over the last months, but at the surface, it still looks pretty darn good).

I started considering just picking up a nice CPO'ed '09 35i, since I've seen a few clean cars for ~$45K, but the lease is still an option, especially with that crazy residual. |

I am not associated with this dealer, but heard from others who ordered cars there and got the "white glove" delivery. |

i see no reason why BMW would change the current 11' deal until the supply of 11' cars are all gone. the deal is good enough for the supply to dried up pretty quick. however, i imagine the deal would get even better next month (if one can still find the car) before the 12' cars get here.

1 over half the dealers I called when I was looking said they didn't have the car that was listed on cars.com but tried to push something else.
