2012 Lease rates

I found these lease rates today - 2012 rates are much higher. My 2011 lease rate would increase by $450 if I used the 2012 residual and money factor.

The 2011 Lease WAS a great deal.

I would take off the "source" and "name" of who sent this to you. They can get in big trouble for this

at lease BMW doesn't have to worry about getting rid of 2012 cars now. glad to be able to order the last 2011 for the saving. would've been perfect if i could order the Mineral White instead of the Alpine White though.

Are the '11 lease rates still the same for September? I realize the supply of 2011 cars is pretty dried up (I've seen a few still being listed).

Looks like both leasing and financing offers on 2011 are still good through Sept. 5 according to bmwusa.com (note: didn't compare leases to what was available over the last months, but at the surface, it still looks pretty darn good).

Thanks, yeah, after rooting around the BMW site I see the "offers" still show what looks like that really good lease rate, plus I see a few more cars in the channel.

I started considering just picking up a nice CPO'ed '09 35i, since I've seen a few clean cars for ~$45K, but the lease is still an option, especially with that crazy residual.

I am not associated with this dealer, but heard from others who ordered cars there and got the "white glove" delivery.

Just looked at cars.com and they still had 22 new 2011's listed within 500 miles of RI.

i see no reason why BMW would change the current 11' deal until the supply of 11' cars are all gone. the deal is good enough for the supply to dried up pretty quick. however, i imagine the deal would get even better next month (if one can still find the car) before the 12' cars get here.

Yeah, I chatted up a our local dealer, there's a few cars circulating, and even a few in the "pipeline", but _very_ few. If we can get things settled down on this end (been way too much unplanned travel...) I'm going to get things rolling, post my S2K for sale and try the lease route first.

1 over half the dealers I called when I was looking said they didn't have the car that was listed on cars.com but tried to push something else.
