Has anyone used Autofans Motorsport?

Hi all,

Has anyone used Autofans Motorsport based in the USA at all? I ordered a pair of Carbon Mirror covers on the 5th August and had an e-mail confirming the order on the 6th. Credit card was charged £120 and I've heard nothing since. I e-mailed them a just over a week ago asking if they have been sent and have heard nothing.

E-mailed them again last Sunday and still no reply. I know orders from the USA can take a while especially with customs clearance in the UK which can take upto 10 days but its the fact the supplier has provided no tracking number or advice when the goods will arrive.

Will be contacting my credit card company with a view to getting monies paid back and they can pursue them.

Just a heads up if your thinking of using this company.
