Using HR sport springs on adaptive M suspension

BIMMERPOST
     Featured on BIMMERPOST.com
Would using HR sports on adaptive cause any issues? Need to get lowerrrr and don't want to get KW's until my current setup is worn.

Just read that I can - please delete!

This is exactly my plan - H&R on M Adaptive until worn out ... or until jts1981 wears me down with his logic and I end up with KW3s

The sport springs are so cheap. Install will cost more. I think I'll use my adaptive on springs until it dies eventually and go with kw3. Comfort mode is so great though.

Yep, two full seasons on HR sport+adaptive susp, no issues whatsoever.

Sway bars will help body roll.

Those with Sport springs on M adaptive dampers, how would you compare stock in normal, stock in sport, H&R in normal, and H&R in sport ride qualities to each other?

Any recommendations on a sway bar? Thinking sways plus drop will be perfect to help balance this car out. Had it on a lowered accord and sways eliminated all body roll.

I have the H&R sway bars on mine and it made a huge difference in body roll. Great first suspension mod IMO; it barely alters overall ride quality and it gets rid of the excessive rolling almost entirely. They're definitely a bigger pain to install than any other sway bars I've ever done but not horrible.

Thanks. My rule of thumb is if its related to suspension springs/shocks, I'll have an indy do it. Any vendor I should get it from?

Forgot to mention: H+R (tougher) sways are in, too. Rogue Eng. bushings, too.

Ref HR Sport springs + m-adaptive susp: yes, the springs definitely bring a lot of toughness (some might call it even harshness) but I like it. Never ride in "normal" mode, each and every kilometer covered I do in Sport or mostly Sport+ modes .

I don't ride in comfort mode either anymore. Unless the wife and dogs are in the car. How comf is reg mode with the springs?
Going to be autocrossing soon and am looking into sway bars and possibly an LSD.

As I wrote - I simply do not know (ref "reg" mode).

And, again forgot to mention: I´ve been riding an LSD (Quaife) for two or three seasons now and.... would never (voluntarily) getting back to an "open" diff....

Neither I do, I ride enthusiastically, but definitely no drifts, no donuts.... cos I love my Zet and do not want to cause any (excessive) wear/strain.... well, there are some launches from time to time.... but not much....

My vendor of choice most often is ECS Tuning. Not only the best prices but good overall service too.

Ironically I ordered mine straight from guys in Germany (to USA) - was cheapest and arrived wicked fast. Like less than a week!

They don't list the sway bars right now, but I'd message them and ask. I think this listing gets them to the USA for $230 shipped, which is about $50-60 less than ECS and other stateside sellers:
