Front tires, how long did they last?

I recently replaced my rear tires due to a road hazard on one side and electing to add a new rear to the other side. I have 15,000 miles on my car (dang I have put almost 11,000 miles on it since the end of last October!!)

How long did you original tires last on the front? Mine seem to be holding up well.

My front tires were replaced as part of the CPO certification process at 36K miles. They did not meet the CPO requirements so they put two new ones on the front. According to the records, those were the original tires

edit: mine are 17" wheels

I just replaced all 4 at 17,450m. The rears had worn down on the inside, fronts still had some miles to go but decided to change them all as I have a big road trip coming up. 17"; F - 6/32; R - 3/32

I would say they will last for about 3 sets of rear tyres.

I only changed my fronts last time to ditch the run flats when the rears wore down to the canvass.
They still had most of their tread on them.

With the new ones, after 16,000 km the rears are now only at half wear, and the fronts have about 75% tread left.

I had 17" RE050A II on my last car and it was at 3/32" tread after about 20,000 miles. I'm expecting the same from the 19" RE050A currently on the Z4

Super long for me: 67,000kms or about 41,000miles and they are still very good w/ lots of tread left (I had since switched to non-RFTs and need to sell my oem fronts).
