Lock/Unlock Sound

This happens intermittently to my 2015. Sometimes when I use the remote to lock/unlock the car, sometimes it is very low and/or has a different pitch. Is there a reason for this? Most of the time it's the normal sound.

Just turn it off in the menu?
i dont even remember how lock/unlock sound sounds... its always been off on mine. I do have hazards flashing turned on to have some indication of locking.

I'm not looking to turn it off, I was just wondering what is causing it to get lower and even change its pitch? Thx anyway.
