Exclamation Rooftop codes

i live in wisconsin and it just started getting nice out so i tried to put my rooftop down for the first time this year and the rooftop goes up slowly and stops with the window above the roof and the trunk open. im not getting a red light on the switch to put it up but when i press the the button to put up the roof up i get a red roof indicator on the dashboard i am able to put the top back down no problem. my buddy ran a scanner and came up with these codes below. anyone got any guess how much this might run me to get fixed at a bmw dealer? also i did notice quite a bit of water in the battery area like 2 inches and cleaned it out and checked to see if it was the hydralic pump that leaked but it has all of the fluid in there maybe this might be a related issue as to why the top wont go down? here are the codes below.

MAN, that is a real bummer, sorry you are dealing with that and first top down day to boot

I am too new to my Z4 as well, so cannot help you there. That said, search the forum, there is quite a bit of info on rooftop issues. GOOD LUCK

The photo of the distribution of power to both salmon relays, Those relays control the current direction of the motors, which will drive the top either up or down. If you can connect your volt meter to the output of the red wires to the salmon relay if no voltage exists replace that relay and re-test. Open the panel next to the hydraulic panel to the right. That is where the Convertible top module lives. Check for water in the well, or moisture damage on any of the plugs. That module provides the voltage to actuate either salmon relay, to change direction of the top movement. On the photo of the Battery power distribution strip, it appears a black wire is pulled out. Each wire should be connected through the terminal, That wire is probably carrying the full battery voltage and current to a salmon relay driving the motor to drive the top up or down. Imbedded in the terminal is a 50 amp fuse to protect the motor.

The BMW 328IC share the same CTM, and there is a Bentley Manual for the 2008 328IC it shows the direct pin out in and output for that module.
