I use manual shifting often and have been sticking to the paddle shifters for the most part. Their placement isn't the best though, downshifting with your thumbs usually involves shifting your hand in some manner. I have started using the stick for manual shifting a bit, I haven't had any trouble with bumping any of the buttons on the iDrive controller yet.

I ordered mine and waited for it to arrive, it was a long wait.

Wonderful review. Cant wait for mine to arrive.

I ordered the Professional Sound System with 14 speakers and 650watts. I am really impressed when I did the test drive in a SD35 with the above sound setup.
