Under 60 I bring the passenger window up about 4 inches. On the highway, all the way up. So far haven't felt the need for a screen, and I keep the roof down anytime the temp is between 50 and 90!

If not... Unfortunately you're not capable in saying whether or not it's worth it

I've had convertibles and only convertibles in the past 3.5 years (considering I've only been driving for 7, that's half my lifetime of driving lol), and love the feeling of wind/ air

But i hate cold air on my shoulder/neck as it causes me pains the next day :/.
Have had our Z4 35is for a year now. See no need for a wind screen. Why have a convertible if all you do is block out the wind? Put on your big boy pants and suck it up cupcake.

This is how we Californians are hehe

I do use the heat, but I tend to start sneezing if I have the heat on when it's chilly outside and the top is open..

There's a difference between blocking out the wind, and blocking out freezing wind

Today, while I was in Hollywood, it was 78 Sunny.
Top down beautiful

Then, I went onto PCH to Malibu by the beach, 72 degrees, breeze and sunny.
Windows down
This is why I get convertibles....not for when it's 60 at night and freezing :P

If you guys lived in a city where 70 is chilly and 60 is cold and anything less is freezing.... you'd understand

When it drops to 50/60s, people wear full on coats with scarves. I'm one of these people :P
