Are you annoyed to see "double" gears? From the shift knob and from the traditional style on it's frame? Is it possible to replace the frame of the shift knob to the latest model? Will they fit? And if so, can the lights from the frame's gears be disabled?

Saw this, option 10 and 11 for the "frame" I'm talking about.
