Applied nurburgring sticker

After wiping down the car this morning I carefully placed the nurburgring sticker inside the hood. A momento from our 1 cool lap (as the car only had about 400km on it at the time) around the Nordschleife (10 Mai 2010) with my wifes uncle who lives in the small town of Deudesfeld about 50 kms south in the Eifel. Ah the memories!!

Wow that is neat! Is the sticker one big piece or like a ring shape? Trivial, but i am curious.

I've seen some of these things but have only spent 2-3 hours at the ring between the GP track area and the North course. I didn't go over to the GP track area this trip as we did a Monday evening lap and we pressing to get back to the relatives in Meerfled.

Previous trip with the wife and kids when we visited the GP area - pre new roller coaster. My son is now taller than me - how the years go by.

Maybe next ED I'll try and do more touristy sightseeing. Great pictures you've got!!!

Individual letters and an individual loop of the track, kinda like a 1/8" continuous piece of pin strip tape. It was tedious to get everything all on the correct side of the backing to apply to the car.
