KW V3 Installation

I'm attempting to install this suspension with a friends help this weekend. Is there a guide anywhere or is it pretty straightforward? Any tips or tricks? I didn't find a lot of information on the web. I do have a small very simple pamphlet that came with coilovers. Thanks

Not that anybody replied, but the install went fairly well. Removing the front struts was tricky but otherwise the job was pretty straightforward.

Did the new suspension transform the car?

I only took it on a brief run, still have a little adjusting and alignment...plus our roads are still covered in salt and potholes so it's garaged. It seemed much more predictable and responsive than the stock suspension, I am super happy so far. Very comfortable ride as well even though I'm still on run flats etc.

Really? That's great to hear. I am wondering if I should get these or just some HR springs or Eibach.

I also have KWV3's and I would highly recommend them. I've had them on about 9 months and they totally changed the car. It is much more predictable through turns and on the straights.

I am still working on the settings but I think that I have finally dialed in the ride height to my liking.

I've had springs on other cars in the past and having the ability to customize height etc is well worth the money to me. I enjoyed springs but not being able to dial something in drove me nuts.

Would you mind sharing your corner weights?

changing ride height was a pain in the ass for me. the rear especially took some efforts each time i wanted to adjust the height.

I concur. Adjusting rear height is a pain. The fronts are ridiculously easy.

A bit of a naive question here... Isn't ride height set as part of the corner weighting during setup? What would be reason for deviating from that ? street vs. track set up?

Does the kit come with adjustable end links for the sway bars? Or are they still roughly within spec despite the lowering?
