Removing side marker lights

Hi...need some help. Ordered the side (upper side marker lights currently in white) from IND painted saphire black for my new 35is. How do you remove the white lens?

Interesting - I was not aware that IND did painted side-markers. If it's painted Sapphire Metallic, how does the line show through?

I was only aware of them doing the painted reflectors.

They told me the leading edge is still visible after painting.....they ship 48 hours after ordering.

I recently noticed that the leading half of the white lens does not illuminate, only trailing half and the rearward facing edge/side in daylight. IND must be painting/covering accordingly.
