More warning labels

Now your GPS device may end up with a long list of warnings.

Sounds more like DCR should be primarily responsible for not maintaining proper warning and making them visible.

They're going after every pocket they can find, it seems.

The suit also names Prevost Car Inc., manufacturer of the bus that crashed, and the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation as defendants. DCR is responsible for Soldiers Field Road.
I guess the bus was supposed to not sustain damage when driven into a bridge at 40MPH. I drove a truck for years while I was in school and I always knew the height of my truck and whether or not it would fit under a bridge. Long before GPS devices.

The truck GPS I use even states they are not responsible for the accuracy of vehicle height. It's ultimately up to the driver. If it says 11.9', and your 12.9', don't go under it.
