Seat belt pad

I am just starting to see some wear on my driver's side seat from the seat belt. Can someone recommend a "non tacky" (i.e., tasteful) seat belt pad that would look good with a beige interior. Let me also say I really don't care for them. I am smaller and have the seat more forward than many so the seat belt rubs on the seat. Is there another way to solve the problem other than a seat belt pad? Thank you!

Can you put some kind of adhesive material on the seat exactly where the belt lies? Something beige like moleskin? God, that sounds ugly! I don't know if there's an esthetic solution.

I actually thought about something like that (sticking something on the seat). It is quite a small area where it rubs, probably about an inch. If I had black leather, electrical tape would probably work.

See if one of these would match or nicely contrast with your interior...

It was a poor design by BMW. I just don't bother to clean the small black rub spot the belt leaves on my coral red seat any longer. I now just consider it a bit of "character"
