"Follow me home" function
Does anyone know the "Follow me home" function? listed in the Z4 spec
Technology & Safety features BMW Service Inclusive X X X "Follow me home" function X X X 3rd brake light X X X Acoustic seatbelt warning X

It just keeps your headlights on for a while after you've switched off the engine, so that you can find your front door in the dark.
Of course it also means that nice people will be telling you you forgot to switch off your lights. |

yeah you have to pull the indicator stalk to towards you (flash to pass). I wished the headlights would just stay on automatically after you shut the car off instead of having to pull the stalk yourself.

My Slk you could set the length of time for full beam and fogs from when you remotely locked car. So in z you need to pull stalk then leave and lock car for same function??
