Does anybody know what are these options?
These are some of an order options list of a Z4 2010.
823 Hot Climate Version 861 Chane Of Coding DATA Set 864 Overseas Dealer Directory 9AA External Skin Protection 925 Shipping Protection Package 983 Model Year, Export Have you got any idea? Specially 861? |

I think that one is body armor for your area....

Where did you find these options? I'm guessing on your order confirmation form?
They sound as if they are just standard codes that are added to new car orders for transportation and such like. Haven't a clue what option # 861 is though. |

The point is, I want to customize my order which is not possible in IRAN. So I want to order my car in UK but they don't give me the Hot Climate version. I want to know what exactly is that option. I think it's not about seats or anything like that.
I think it's about the engine cooling system. Maybe there is a bigger water radiator in front of the car. Because I've checked the car and everything (interior and exterior) is exactly like a European car (As I compared to pictures from this forum). Does anybody checked the Radiator size? Or does anybody know exactly what "Hot Climate Option" means? I think our friends from Middle East or North of Africa can help me. And another question for European friends. Do you have Hot Climate somewhere in Europe? For example the sought of Spain? Especially I'm asking from my friend, Mr. Godius. So don't you need Hot Climate option at all?
