Catless downpipe + Cobb = CEL?

Before i pull the trigger, does anything special need to be done with the Cobb if you have a catless downpipe? I want to make sure i dont throw a CEL and dont want to spend the extra money for a catted downpipe.

Just want to make sure i understand how it works.

The Cobb Stage 2 tune will take care of the CEL from a catless downpipe. And, frankly, if you're going to get a CEL from a catless DP, you're likely going to get a CEL from a DP with a race cat. So I wouldn't let that be the deciding factor.
