VTT since I already have the 2.0" VTT inlets, and I made sure to get the outlet specific for the Z4 and my ER Competition FMIC.

i have VTT outlets installed on my car. My installer did replace the metal coupler that it comes with, he said the they came a little too close to the exhaust manifold, so he pushed it out a bit.
they seem to work great. throttle response is better, and on average i see 5% less WGDC in my logs.

ttuner much thanks for verifying the adapter works. Had the UUC SSK installed yesterday along with the VTT outlet.
The shifts are direct, less play, smooth without little to no effort, and of course less travel. |

Where I've been running short shifters, I've been swapping to Royal Purple SynchroMax in the transmissions. This seems to help with the cold notch, enough so that it is worth it. Others on forums seem to have similar opinions. Just a thought. On my Z4, we've swapped to Royal Purple, but I don't have the car back yet to tell you how it works with this specific SSK and trans. So only first-hand experience with other BMW's.
Hope this helps, Filippo
