BMWUSA now shows 2010 model in Build-Your-Own. Can detect no price change.

in reality - if you bought the HD Radio and Satellite for the 2009 model like I did - the 2010 is cheaper because HD is now standard and Satellite is cheaper; everything else appears the same but with the added automatic high beam option
