The ESC Air box is being tested on my Z4 35i MT . Since I am using the same dyno the numbers should be accurate. |

What are you thoughts about the N54 injector tables being discovered. Are you going to be able to incorporate this in your tuning and do you see this as an opportunity to not have to use PI or upgraded LPFP in high hp E85 applications.

I doubt seriously we will have to touch those tables on the E89 Z4. I personally think the E89 Z4 can put down 600+ on upgraded turbos, inlets @ 21 PSI on E60 |

Not exactly sure other than different LPFP, and the fueling lines are "shorter" obvioulsy due to the chases of the car ie the fuel tank is closer to the engine wich requires less demand of fuel line pressure for fuel delivery.

Z4 has the walbro 400 pump stock, also no LPFP sensor. Not sure what else.

I was only able to test up to E50, which is what Lambobimmer is runing now and his fueling system looked exceptionally, and above average, healthy. So I am confident we can run E60 FYI to the MT guys your gonna need a Spec Stage 3+ or MOTIV twin disk SST Clutch if you planing on benefiting from the E60. I toasted my clutch with just E30 For those of you that I have alraedy tuned I have an update for the "Sport On" calibration making it a tad more aggressive if thats what you want just send me an email. Emails are being processed that are in queue |

The RR550 uses the orginal CHRA. We capped it out at 30 PSI to redline @ 600 WHP flat on a 6AT
http://www.hexonautowerks.com/produc...?pg=&PdSearch= The RR600 will be similar to the RR550 in specs but will have upgrade CHRA going deeper into 600+ whp with less boost The RR650 will be all the above but with upgrade hotside. There is more but undisclosed atm. Projected output should be 700+ around 30 PSI IMO Just bought a ClutchMaster FX850 twin disk clutch cause I am going to go torque crazy :-) Last edited by BQTuning; 08-21-2015 at 09:33 AM.. |

Received these today. Waiting on the Clutchmaster FX850 to arrive on monday. Air Intake box is already installed and inlets will be installed with downpipes at the same time.

Received the N54 Clutch Master FX850 Twin Disk Clutch and Flywheel (rated to hold 900+ wtq), transmission mounts and motor mounts, and The UUC Short Shifter Kit. More about this clutch can be seen here http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=366681
I also got the upgrade silicone inlets. Now waiting on the AR Design Catless Downpipes . After all this is done and we beat up on the stock snails for record numbers "again" hopefully there will be some Hexon RR600-RR650 turbos upgrades heading our way by then |
