Woolite is a detergent here in the US used for hand washing delicate clothes, such as wool sweaters, silks, etc.

I use detailing world all the time but it's very rare you will find anything on cleaning . But saying that I will do a search now. And thanks vintage I will try your idea

I use woolite on my alcantara (Sainsburys supermarkets sell it here in the UK)... works a treat.

let me know what you think but for me it immediately takes out the black "seat belt rub"

I use meguire's quik detailer for the non leather parts and the OEM BMW leather cleaner for the seats. Both seem to work well and I do the cleaning often so I don't have to resort to more complex products.

My wife's 328 has oyster leather and the OEM leather cleaner has successfully taken off blue transfer from jeans so I've been happy with it.

Because of this thread, I took the time to clean the entire length of both seat belt webbings when I was detailing my car this morning. I was surprised at how much dirt came off the belt webbings.
